I have found that tracking calories is the best way forward when you get stuck.

It helps you identify calorie dense foods and eat more efficiently for the capacity you have.

It also helps you push through that little bit more as mentioned above em where you need to stretch your stomach when you’re 200cal off your target so you squeeze in a few extra snacks to make it. Psychologically is a bit easier this way

How to deal with a small appetite

One of the things I found that helped me increase my capacity was avoiding liquids while Im stuffing until I am full and then drinking something. I like soda and it helped stretch my stomach.
